This is without a doubt the worst TV I have ever purchased. - C. Grilli - NJ, USA
I purchased this Magnavox TV about 2 years ago. In recent weeks, whenever the unit is turned on, there is a loud screach that sounds like a cross between chalk on a blackboard and enraged Harpies with PMS. Then the sound typically turns off, then the picture goes blank. Sometimes the unit turns itself off, only to turn back on, and sometimes remains off. This goes on for about 15 minutes, after which time, everything seems to be quite normal. Magnavox will not not take any responsibility for their woefully inadequate product, siting that the unit is no longer under their woefully inadequate 1 year warranty. I will NEVER buy a Magnavox product EVER AGAIN. I am completely dissatisfied.
